The Pinnacle Peak area is the sweet spot of wealth and custom homes, with golf courses, fabulous desert vistas, and – of course – for many a spectacular view of the awe-inspiring Pinnacle Peak.
It is home to four world-famous golf communities, Desert Highlands, Troon, Troon North, and Estancia, yet a manageable drive to Scottsdale premier events, like the Waste Management Phoenix Open at the Scottsdale Tournament Players Club; the Arabian Horse Show, and the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction at Westworld (and several newer competing auto shows nearby; and shopping and entertainment districts like Kierland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter. And it’s a short drive to Downtown Scottsdale.
In the heart of the area sits the fabulous Pinnacle Peak Park, with both challenging and moderate hikes and rock climbing opportunities. It also has ramadas, picnic areas, and interpretive displays along the trails.
The living is easy in the Pinnacle Peak area, with interesting homes that are anything but cookie-cutter, elbow room between houses, and some of the prettiest sunsets you’ll find anywhere in the world.
